VISA
Q. How long is the visa period for Korean language training?

The maximum period of stay for a Korean language training visa (D-4) is up to two years. However, after two years, visa extension may be restricted depending on the applicant’s individual circumstances.
Upon initial entry into Korea, language students are granted a six-month period of stay. Afterward, visa extensions may be applied for on a semester-by-semester basis in accordance with the academic schedule.
